Can I avail try & buy service?
Try & buy service is currently not available with Confuze.
How do I understand which size fits me?
All our products have a standard size. Apart from that, we also provide size guide which contains all size related information. You can refer the below mentioned size guide before making a purchase.

Note: Our sizes usually run bodyfit. So you can order a size larger for relaxed and comfortable fit. 

What are the wash care instructions for the product I've ordered?
Washcare instructions whenever applicable can be found on the product detail page. This page is from where you added the product to the shopping bag. And also, all our garments come with washcare instructions printed on them.

Please note to –

  • Wash dark colour clothes seperatly.
  • Do not iron on the print.
  • Iron the t-shirt inside out at medium temprature.
  • Do not machine wash or trumble dry.
How do I manage the messages / e-mails I receive?
Based on the choices you have made during various online/offline interactions with us, we would communicate with you periodically for event based communications such as order information, renewal notices, invites, reminders, special offers, etc.

If you no-longer want to receive e-mails from us, you can select your preferences online in ‘My account’ section. However you would continue to recieve transaction based e-mails such as order confirmation mail, delivery mail, etc.

Is my payment information secure?
Please be assured that we don’t store your complete card details. When you enter the card details, you are redirected to a secured payment site. Moreover we encrypt all credit/debit card or payment information.

So sit back and relax once you have placed an order. Your information is confedential and will be given utmost priority.

Are there any additional charges for cash on delivery products?

What should I do if the online payment fails?
Please retry making payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate including all account details, billing address and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the cash-on-delivery option, if available on the payment page to place your order. If the amount is deducted from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 working days, after we recieve the conformation from the bank.
Can I save my card details for ease in future transactions ?
Yes, you can save your card details but we do not save your complete card information for security purpose. You will be re-directed to a secured payment page during the time of checkout if you opt for an online payment.
How can I use the promotional coupons?
You can apply a coupon on cart page before order placement. The complete list of your valid and unused coupons will be available under ‘offers & coupons’ section of your account.
Can I apply multiple coupons while placing an order?
No, only one coupon is applicable at a time. You cannot merge or club more than one coupon while making a payment.

Bulk and custom orders

How can I enquire for placing a bulk or custom order?
We understand your needs. If you are looking for getting a personalized touch to your merchandise or want our merchandises in a lumpsum quantity, you hopped in at the right place. Just fill up the query form. We will get in touch with you ASAP. Yippee! Let’s work it out.
Are there any quantity limits for placing bulk orders?
There is no such maximum limit quantity. But as per our policies, you need to place an order of atleast 50 merchandises to be eligible for bulk order processing. 
In case of custom orders, are there any additional charges applicable?
Yes, since you are getting our services customised for yourself, there is a minimal custom fee that you will have to bear. Which will totally depend on the quantity you order. For indepth details kindly get in touch with us at

Returns & Refunds

How can I cancle my order I have placed?
Your order can be cancelled only if the product is not yet out for delivery. You would see an option to cancel within ‘My orders’ of your account. Select the item or order you want to cancel. In case if the order amount is paid online, the refund will be processed into the source account.
How do I place a return request?
Placing a return request is quiet easy and quick. You can do that within 3 simple steps.

  • Tap on My Orders.
  • Choose the item to be returened.
  • Enter details requested and create a return request.
I've submitted a return request, In how many days will the product be picked?
Number of days to pickup a product may vary as per the logistics team and your location. Anyway, in most cases, the product will be picked up between 4-7 working days.
In case of return, by when will the return be initiated?
Refund will be initiated once the product is successfully picked up from you as per return policies.

  • Confuze credits – Instant
  • Online refund – 7-10 working days
  • NEFT – 1-3 working days
In case of return, how will the refund be done?
  1. For payment made through Debit/Credit card/Net banking, you shall receive your money in the same manner which you paid at the time of purchase.
  2. For payment via Cash on delievery (COD) refund will be done online. You will have to enter your Bank Account details in which you are willing to get the refund.
  3. If you want your return amount in form of Confuze credit, you can select the Confuze credit option and the refund will be credited to your Confuze wallet which you can use at the time of your next purchase.

Loyalty Points & Credits

What is the difference between Confuze loyalty points & Confuze credit?
Confuze loyalty points are what you’ve been rewarded for being a loyal customer and shopping with us. These points are expirable.

Where as Confuze credit is the amount which be reflected in your wallet if you return a product and ask for a credit note rather than refund. These do not have any expiry.

  • Please note that both Confuze loyalty points and Confuze credit will be reflected in your Confuze wallet.
How do I earn loyalty points?
You can earn loyalty points as and when you shop with us. For every order you place, you stand a chance to earn some perks which can later be redeemed on your next purchase.

Some percentage of your total order value (excluding tax, gift wrap, shipping charges) will be rewarded to you as your loyalty points.

I've accumulated loyalty points in my account, How can I redeem them?
To redeem your Confuze loyalty points, you need to continue shopping with us. In case you don’t have an access to our website, don’t worry your points are safe with us in your Confuze account.

You can redeem them before those points get expired. While proceeding for payment, you will be given an option to use your loyalty points. You can redeem upto 10% of the total cart value (excluding tax, gift wrapping and shipping charges).   

Do loyalty points have an expiry?
Yes, loyalty points are admissible to expiry. Expiry date will be mentioned below the points.
Is there any minimum time period to use my confuze credit?
No, Confuze credit does not have any time period. You can use it whenever you want to. It can be clubbed with other payment options but you need to have an access to your Confuze account to be able to use Confuze credits.
